Medeeca is currently looking for Carers looking to work in Canada, work permit will be issued for 2 years. Expected Employment duration is 2 years, after 1 year you will be able to apply for your PR application - permanent residency for Canada.
Job Description:
Candidates must have an excellent understanding of English, and must have minimum of 6 months carer experience to apply for this role.
For this particular post you will be providing care to an elderly person for at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Hour pay rate will be $10.56.
Duties to include but not be exclusive to: Meal Preparations, reminding of Medicines, accompany to Doctor's/Hospital Appointments, Personal Hygiene of person caring for, Light Housework.
Salary is $10.56 Canadian Dollars per hour. All living expenses will be met by employer. A room with key will be supplied to the Caregiver. Minimum of 8 hours’ work per day. 40 hours per week. Number of paid sick leave will be 10 days and paid Holidays will be 10 days per year. Accommodation and food cost will be paid by the employer.
Full transportation costs for the live-in caregiver to travel to Canada and location of work will be provided.
Full health care insurance coverage will be provided for the live in caregiver, for duration of employment. Accommodation and food cost will be provided by the employer.
Position is for a foreign Live –in Caregiver.
A live- in Caregiver means a person who resides in and provides child care, senior home care or care of the disabled without supervision in the private house hold in Canada where the person being cared for resides.
